A: Counseling is limited to families at Neuqua Valley High School, and associated feeder schools:

Will there be a fee for counseling sessions?
A: No, this service is provided completely free of charge.

Will anyone be collecting my insurance information?
A: No, payment for treatment services are provided through the IDPH Mental Health Grant and will not require insurance information.

Who will be providing counseling?
A: Each school will have an independent counseling professional/organization assigned that will handle scheduling, treatment, and documentation. These professionals are not affiliated or employed by District 204.

Is the information I share confidential?
A: Treatment providers are independent and practice under their state licensure. They abide by patient confidentiality rules and will not share information with the school unless an emergent situation requires appropriate intervention.
